We loved this place. It is large and spacious. We only stayed one night because we ran out of time and had to get home, but I wanted to stay another day. Lots of things to do. Pool was very nice, had a life guard. I had no trouble leveling. There are playgrounds and paddle boats available. Good cable TV. I would plan my trip around this place to stay again along the way.

We stayed one night so we could go to Niagara Falls. The kids were disappointed there was no pool or playground. The clean men's restroom consisted of one toilet and one shower. I have to assume the lady's side was similar. Although the place was clean and the drive throughs were big enough, I felt we paid too much. I would try other places before I stayed here again.

I had a site with the sea caves out my front window. What a view! The WiFi did not work, but it was supposed to be repaired the day I left? Mostly grass sites, but plenty of room. Only 30 amp available, but it was so cool I could have gotten by with 15 amp. We got in sort of late, and there is no where to eat anywhere. Bring your own food. I liked the campground.

Black Bear is about 10 miles off of the main highway, so it is little inconvenient, but it is still only about 75 minutes from New York City. It is slightly difficult to get into but fairly level when you get to the top of the hill. I had to use some blocks and my front wheels were off the ground, so you may have some trouble leveling the M/H. The swimming pool is about 1/2 mile from the top of the hill, down the steep hill, and it was closed while we were here for some reason. It was quiet and roomy. There are several trees, so you may have satellite or you may not. There are only about 6 or 8 channels on the cable. I do not have an antenna, but it may be that some off the air channels are available. I would consider staying here again if in the area.

We stayed one night as a stopover to PEI. Level and within close walking distance of beach. Lots of tents the weekend night I was there, quiet, but there was a lot of wind and rain that night. Easy to get into and out of. I was a little too far away to get the WiFi, but I could get it when I went closer to the community center. No Cable TV. I think the satellite would work almost anywhere there. I would stay again.
